Kaiden Hogan

I'm Kaiden Hogan, a competitive CrossFit athlete driven by constant improvement and the pursuit of high-level performance. I fell in love with CrossFit for its mix of intensity, skill, and discipline, and it's shaped who I am both as an athlete and a person. I've earned several titles in the teen divisions, including 1st place worldwide in the 2023 CrossFit Open (16-17) and 4th at the 2023 CrossFit Games, and I'm now pushing deeper into the men's field. When I'm not training, I'm traveling, staying active outdoors, and spending time with my pets. My goal is to inspire others to work hard, stay consistent, and discover what they're truly capable of.
